9908. 'And Aaron shall carry the judgement of the children of Israel' means Divine Truth in heaven and the Church. This is clear from the meaning of 'the judgement' as Divine Truth in doctrine and life, dealt with in 9857. Because it is the Urim and Thummim that 'the judgement' here refers to, Divine Truth emanating from the Lord, shining and radiant on last and lowest levels, is what 'the judgement' is used to mean here; for that is what is meant by 'the Urim and Thummim', 9905.
