BaMidbar第6章:21

Verse 21. And this is the Divine law for the celestial man who devotes himself to the Lord, and is distinguished from the spiritual man by a more complete acknowledgement of the Lord; nor is it possible for him not thus to be distinguished because this is a law of Divine Order.
