והיה האיש אשר אבחר בו מטהו יפרח והשכתי מעלי את תלנות בני ישראל אשר הם מלינם עליכם׃

Verse 5. So that it is of the Divine Providence that truth conjoined with good is powerful to produce good works; and that he who is in this state is no longer in temptations, nor does he oppose Divine Truth from the love of power derived from selfish love.
