כִּי כָל־אִישׁ אֲשֶׁר־בֹּו מוּם לֹא יִקְרָב אִישׁ עִוֵּר אֹו פִסֵּחַ אֹו חָרֻם אֹו שָׂרוּעַ׃

Verse 18. For whoever he may be, in whom there is any defect as to good or truth, he is thereby hindered from that acknowledgement; as, for example, when he is ignorant of truth or of good in the natural man; when his spiritual growth is impeded, or when he is naturally proud of his intellectual powers.
