1
Thus says Jehovah, Keep ye judgment, and do justice; for My salvation is near to come, and My justice to be revealed.
2
Happy is the man who does this, and the son of man who takes hold of it; who keeps the Sabbath from profaning it, and keeps his hand from doing any evil.
3
And let him not say, the son of the foreigner who joins to Jehovah, saying, Distinguishing Jehovah has distinguished me from His people; and let not the eunuch say, Behold, I am a dry tree.
4
For thus says Jehovah to the eunuchs who keep My Sabbaths, and choose that in which I delight, and hold firm to My covenant;
5
I will give to them in My house and within My walls a space and a name, better than that of sons and of daughters; an eternal name will I give to them, which shall not be cut off.
6
And the sons of the foreigner, who join unto Jehovah, to minister unto Him, and to love the name of Jehovah, and to be for Him for servants; everyone who keeps the Sabbath from profaning it, and who holds firmly on My covenant;
7
them will I bring unto the mountain of My holiness, and I will make them glad in the house of My prayer; their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be well pleasing on My altar; for My house shall be called the house of prayer for all the peoples.
8
Thus says the Lord Jehovih, who brings together the outcasts of Israel; Yet I will bring them together to those whom He brought together.
9
All ye wild animals of My fields, come to devour; all ye wild animals in the forest!
10
His watchmen are blind, all of them; they have not known; all of them are dumb dogs, they are not able to bark; looking around, lying down, loving to slumber.
11
And the dogs are strongly obstinate in soul; they know not satiety; and they as shepherds know not understanding; all of them turn their faces to their own way, a man to his own gain, from his own end.
12
Saying Come, I will fetch wine, and we will be inebriated with strong drink; and tomorrow shall be as this day, remaining in very great abundance.
