1876. Amabizo abantu, emibuso, noma emizi agagulwe eZwini, njengamazwi enkulumo yomuntu, ayashabalala lapho enyukela ngenhla; ngokuba lawomabizo angawasemhlabeni, angawomzimba wenyama, futhi angawemvelo, okuyi –zinto eziya ngokuya zilahlwa yiyoyonke imiphefumulo lapho ingena empilweni yangemuva kokufa, nokuyizinto ezilahlwa ngokugcwele yilabo abangena ezulwini. Izingelosi kazinawo nomncane umqondo wokuthi umuntu ungubani, kanjalo kazilazi igama lomuntu. Ukuthi U-Abrama uyini, ukuthi uIsaka uyini, nokuthi uJakobe uyini, kazisakwazi. Esikhundleni sokwazi laba ukuthi bayini izingilosi zizikhandela umqondo ngokusukela kokuqhanyiswa nokufanekiswa ngalabobantu eZwini. Amabizo nemisho ezingelosini kufana nothuli nomebuzo okukhumukayo lapho zingena ezulwini. Ngokusukela kulokhu kuba sobala ukuthi amabizo eZwini kawafanekisi lutho olunye ngaphandle kwezinto zempela. Kodwa lapho imimoya ikhuluma nomuntu inkulumo yazo iguquka ibe solimini lalowomuntu, njengoba kuphawuliwe ezinombolweni 1635, 1637, 1639.
