Studie

   

1 A kad to čuše svi carevi koji behu s ove strane Jordana po brdima i po dolinama i po svom bregu velikog mora dori do Livana, Hetejin i Amorejin, Hananejin, Ferezejin, Jevejin i Jevusejin,

2 Skupiše se svi da se složno biju s Isusom i s Izrailjem.

3 A koji življahu u Gavaonu čuvši šta učini Isus od Jerihona i od Gaja,

4 Učiniše i oni prevaru; jer odoše i načiniše se poslanici, i uzeše stare torbe na svoje magarce i stare mehove vinske, poderane i iskrpljene,

5 I obuću staru i iskrpljenu na noge svoje, i haljine stare na se; i sav hleb što ponesoše na put beše suv i plesnjiv.

6 I odoše k Isusu u logor u Galgal, i rekoše njemu i ljudima Izrailjcima: Dođosmo iz daleke zemlje; hajde uhvatite veru s nama.

7 A ljudi Izrailjci rekoše Jevejima: Može biti da sedite usred nas, pa kako ćemo uhvatiti veru s vama?

8 Ali oni rekoše Isusu: Mi smo sluge tvoje. A Isus im reče: Ko ste i otkuda idete?

9 A oni mu rekoše: Iz zemlje vrlo daleke dođoše sluge tvoje u ime Gospoda, Boga tvog; jer čusmo slavu Njegovu i sve što je učinio u Misiru,

10 I sve što je učinio dvojici careva amorejskih, koji behu s one strane Jordana, Sionu caru esevonskom i Ogu caru vasanskom koji beše u Astarotu.

11 I rekoše nam starešine naše i svi stanovnici naše zemlje govoreći: Uzmite pogače na put, i idite im na susret i recite im: Mi smo sluge vaše, hajde uhvatite veru s nama.

12 Ovo je hleb naš: vrućsmo poneli na put od kuća svojih kad smo pošli pred vas, a sad eto osušio se i uplesnjivio.

13 A ovo su mehovi vinski: nalismo nove, i eto su se većpoderali; i haljine naše i obuća naša pohaba se od dalekog puta.

14 I poverovaše ljudi po pogači, a ne upitaše Gospoda šta će reći.

15 I Isus učini s njima mir, i zadade im veru da će ih ostaviti u životu; i zakleše im se knezovi od zbora.

16 Ali posle tri dana kad uhvatiše veru s njima, čuše da su im susedi i da žive usred njih.

17 Jer pođoše sinovi Izrailjevi i dođoše u gradove njihove treći dan; a gradovi im behu: Gavaon i Kefira i Virot i Kirijat-Jarim.

18 I ne pobiše ih sinovi Izrailjevi, jer im se knezovi od zbora zakleše Gospodom Bogom Izrailjevim. Ali sav zbor vikaše na knezove.

19 Tada svi knezovi rekoše svom zboru: Mi smo im se zakleli Gospodom Bogom Izrailjevim; zato sada ne možemo dirati u njih.

20 Učinimo im to, i ostavimo ih u životu, da ne dođe gnev na nas radi zakletve kojom im se zaklesmo.

21 Još im rekoše knezovi: Neka ostanu u životu, pa neka seku drva i nose vodu svom zboru kako im knezovi kazaše.

22 Potom ih dozva Isus i reče im govoreći: Zašto nas prevariste i rekoste: Vrlo smo daleko od vas, kad eto živite usred nas?

23 Zato sada da ste prokleti i da ste doveka robovi i da sečete drva i nosite vodu za dom Gospoda Boga mog.

24 A oni odgovoriše Isusu i rekoše: Doista je bilo javljeno slugama tvojim kako je zapovedio Gospod Bog tvoj Mojsiju sluzi svom da vam da svu ovu zemlju i da istrebi sve stanovnike ove zemlje ispred vas; stoga se vrlo pobojasmo za život svoj od vas i učinismo tako.

25 A sada eto smo ti u rukama; čini šta misliš da je dobro i pravo da s nama učiniš.

26 I učini im tako i sačuva ih od ruku sinova Izrailjevih, te ih ne pobiše.

27 I odredi ih Isus u taj dan da seku drva i nose vodu zboru i za oltar Gospodnji do današnjeg dana na mestu koje izabere.

152. About the collective [energy] field of spirits

It is certainly difficult to understand what the collective field of spirits is, and what their impact upon human minds is, without being informed how spirits are differentiated most distinctly into kinds and species, and how their energy, which creates that field, responds to, and thus guides, every single thought and mental image in a human being.

[The relation of human minds to] the collective field of spirits is no different from that of the air, which is the grosser atmosphere and related to hearing, compared to the ether or purer atmosphere related to sight; or the dense clouds around the earth compared to the clear and serene region up above.

1. ) The [energy] field of spirits is now so corrupted, that whatever flows from the more inward heaven into their realm, which constitutes the third heaven, 1 becomes so distorted that whatever [is communicated] does not become known at all, but all and the least messages stream into human minds with an entirely opposite content.

2. ) Such is that field at this day, and so it has been growing and is growing toward the last day, when it will be dispersed. But in most ancient times, it was not so. It is also because of this field that revelations cannot come forth today as they did in ancient times, except by an extraordinary way, and that there is no such communication with the heavens as there once was.

3. ) For a period of some hours I was shown how the collective field operates into human minds, and in fact, when it was allowed, how I was not in the least able to stop them from taking away my thought, and from prevailing - such is the strength of that field today, when spirits are given the power to act.

4. ) The whole field utterly opposes the angels' endeavors; and the power of the angels, who all belong to God the Messiah, is increased so that they are able to overcome.

5. ) Astounding things would emerge if I should tell what filthy objects they portray when they are allowed to work by fantasies - which I would rather pass by, because it would be shocking to tell; they are nothing less than filthy.

6. ) Angels of the third level 2 can also be in that same realm, and because they are governed by the heaven of angels, they cannot be hurt at all.

7. ) A fact I have found noteworthy was that at times, I have heard a spirit speaking with me, and he was abruptly removed. Now I have been allowed to learn that he was snatched away by the collective field, that is, compelled to speak in accord with the field's action. I observed still more things that have slipped from my memory: for that field takes away whatever truth and goodness they find to be the most unpleasant. But if God the Messiah sees fit, [I will speak] more fully elsewhere about this collective field, in general and in details. 1747, the 14th day of September (old calendar).

8. ) The collective field can be compared with the ethereal atmosphere, in that this conveys to the eye the individual objects, like those on streets and in the countryside, in all the details of their forms and shapes - indeed, to a thousand eyes at the same time, or even tens of thousands - and in this way, to each of a person's thoughts, reasonings and fantasies individually. [The comparison is valid,] for [the collective field] lies inside of nature.
