Και ελαβεν Ιωδαε ο ιερευς εν κιβωτιον και ηνοιξε τρυπαν επι του σκεπασματος αυτου, και εθεσεν αυτο πλησιον του θυσιαστηριου, εις τα δεξια της εισοδου του οικου του Κυριου· και οι ιερεις, οι φυλαττοντες την θυραν, εβαλλον εις αυτο παν το αργυριον, το εισφερομενον εις τον οικον του Κυριου.

Verse 9. In which state of the man of the church, it is provided by the Lord, that the natural man shall acquire truths, even from selfish affections, if, at the same time, he be in the worship of the Lord interiorly from the will of good, and exteriorly from the acknowledgment that all truth is from the Lord by good.
