Ezekiel 13:11

¹¹ say unto them that daub it with untempered [mortar], that it shall fall: there shall be an overflowing shower; and ye, O great hailstones, shall fall; and a stormy wind shall rend it.

To 'be strengthened,' as in Genesis 21:18, signifies being supported.

In Isaiah 41:10, this signifies to give power and intelligence from the omnipotence and omniscience of the Divine Good and Truth. (Apocalypse Explained 298[10])
