9 Accubans dormivit ut leo, et quasi leæna, quam suscitare nullus audebit. Qui benedixerit tibi, erit et ipse benedictus : qui maledixerit, in maledictione reputabitur.

Verse 9. He is at rest from the conflicts of temptation as to truth and as to good, when fully regenerated; he has conjunction with the Lord as to all his faculties; and he is averted from all evils.
