17 Cursed be he that removeth his neighbour's landmarks: and all the people shall say: Amen.

Verse 17. It curses the soul and averts from heaven to set up a wrong standard of good and evil derived from the desire to please self at the expense of the neighbour—that is, usefulness;—and all the mind must assent that this is so.
