Deuteronomy 18:3

Verse 3. And this is what the holy impulses of charity shall receive from the truths that are with the soul, when the Lord is worshiped by them, whether it be in external or internal worship: these good impulses shall receive from them power to act, to make known their good intentions, and to communicate with the outer world.
