8359. 'And He said' means instruction. This is clear from the meaning of 'saying', when done by Jehovah, referring to the truth of order in respect of temptations, as instruction, as also in 6879, 6881, 6883, 6891, 7186, 7267, 7304, 7380, 7517, 8127.
