¹⁶ As I^◦ am alive, says^◦ the Lord Jehovih, surely in the place of the king who made· him ·king, whose oath he despised, and whose covenant he made·​·of·​·none·​·effect, even with^◦ him in the midst of Babylon he shall·​·die.

¹⁶ But he shall not multiply horses to himself, nor cause the people to return to Egypt, to the end that he should multiply horses; forasmuch as Jehovah has said to you, You shall henceforth return no more that way.
