And it came to pass in the morning, that Balak took Balaam, and brought him up into the high places of Baal; and he saw from thence the utmost part of the people.
Verse 41. And then in a state of illustration from the falsities of corrupted worship from selfish love, the corrupted understanding is gifted, for the time being, with the perception of the opposing truths of the church remotely.
