And he that is eight days old shall be circumcised among you, every male throughout your generations, he that is born in the house, or bought with money of any foreigner that is not of thy seed.

2091. Verse 21 And I will establish My covenant with Isaac, whom Sarah will bear to you at the set time next year.
'I will establish My covenant with Isaac' means union with the Divine Rational. 'Whom Sarah will bear to you' means Divine Truth joined to Divine Good from which it will come forth into being. 'At the set time next year' means a state of union at that time.
