17 כִּי־כֹה אָמַר יְהוָה לֹא־תִרְאוּ רוּחַ וְלֹא־תִרְאוּ גֶשֶׁם וְהַנַּחַל הַהוּא יִמָּלֵא מָיִם וּשְׁתִיתֶם אַתֶּם וּמִקְנֵיכֶם וּבְהֶמְתְּכֶם׃

Verse 17. And although the corrupted man cannot adequately receive the influx of good and truth from the Lord, yet he may have an abundance of truths in his natural memory ministering to his affections internal, interior and external.
