1. INCWADI KAGENESIS

Kakho umuntu ongabona ngokusukela engqondweni yemvelo yeZwi yeThestamente eliDala ukuthi lengxenye yeZwi imumethe izimfihlo zasezulwini ezijulile, nokuthi konke okuqukethwe kuyo, kabanzi nangemininingwane, kuphathelene neNkosi, nezulu laYo, nesonto, nenkolo, nazozonke izinto ezixhumene nalezizinto. Ngokuba engqondweni yemvelo noma yamabala yalengxenye yeZwi, umuntu angabona kuphela—kabanzi—ukuthi zonke izinto kuyo ziphathelene namasiko nemithetho eSonto lamaJuda. Nokho iqiniso elimsulwa wukuthi kulolo nke leloZwi kukhona okungaphakathi okungaveli nakancane kokungaphandle ngaphandle kokuyingcosane okwadalulwa futhi kwachazwa yiNkosi kuBafundi baYo; njengokuthi imihlabelo ifanekisa iNkosi; ukuthi izwe laseK-hanana neJerusalema kufanekisa izulu—okuyisizathu sokuba kubizwe ngeKhanana lasezulwini nangeJerusalema lasezulwini—nokuthi iPharadisi lifanekisa okufanayo. 1784. Isahlukwana 1: Ngemuva kwalokho kwafika izwi likaJehova kU-Abrama ngombono, lithi: Ungesabi, Abrama, ngiyisihlangu kuwe, umvuzo wakho omkhulu kakhulu. Ukuthi “Ngemuva kwalokho kwafika izwi likaJehova kU-Abrama ngombono” kufanekisa ukuthi emuva kokulwa kweNkosi ngenkathi iseyingane, okwakuhambisana nezilingo kwakulandela ukwambulelwa; ngo “mbono” kufanekiswa ukwambulelwa kwangaphakathi okuyiphahla lokubona ngengqondo noma lokuqonda. Ukuthi “Ungesabi, Abrama, ngiyisihlangu kuwe” kufanekisa ukuvikelwa ebubini nasemangeni, okuwukuvikela okwethembekileyo. Ukuthi “umvuzo wakho omkhulu kakhulu” kufanekisa inhloso ezuzwa ngokunqoba izilingo.

1404. KuleziZahluko ezinomlando wangempela lelo nalelogama nomusho kufanekisa into eyehlukile engqondweni yangaphakathi kuleyo eshiwo engqondweni yemvelo. Nokho uqobo lwemininingwane yomlando iyafanekIsaya Ngo “Abrama”, okuqalwe ukukhuluma ngaye, ufanekisa iNkosi kabanzi, kodwa ikakhulu ufanekisa umuntu wezulu lamazulu. U “Isaka” okukhulunywa ngaye emuva kwalokho, naye ufanekisa iNkosi kabanzi, ikakhulu umuntu wezulu likamoya; no “Jakobe” okugcinwa ngaye ufanekisa iNkosi kabanzi, ikakhulu umuntu wemvelo. Kanjalo bafanekisa okungokweNkosi, okungokombuso waYo, nokungokweSonto.
