At nang ang salapi ay maubos na lahat sa lupain ng Egipto, at sa lupain ng Canaan, ay naparoon kay Jose ang lahat ng mga Egipcio, at nagsabi; Bigyan mo kami ng tinapay: sapagka't bakit kami mamamatay sa iyong harap? dahil sa ang aming salapi ay naubos.
6067. 'Have come from the land of Canaan' means that they originate in the Church. This is clear from the meaning of 'coming from some land or other' as originating there; and from the meaning of 'the land of Canaan' as the Lord's kingdom in heaven and the Lord's kingdom on earth, which is the Church, dealt with in 1607, 3038, 3481, 3686, 3705, 4447, 4454, 5136.
