Numbers 27:21

21 And he shall stand before Eleazar the priest, and he shall ask counsel for him over◦ the judgment of the Urim before Jehovah; by◦ his mouth shall they go·​·out, and by◦ his mouth they shall come·​·in, both he◦, and all the sons of Israel with◦ him, and all the congregation.

Verse 21. And this truth shall also be in subordination to Divine Truth from Divine Good which aids man in temptation; and from that truth it receives revelation; and according to it all states of conflict and rest are regulated, even as to the subordinate governing principle, and as to the natural and spiritual powers which are governed.
