16 And when we cried to the LORD, he heard our voice, and sent an angel, and hath brought us forth from Egypt: and behold, we are in Kadesh, a city in the uttermost of thy border:

Verse 16. And only when the man of the church truly supplicates, the Lord, by His love and by His truth, delivers him from the bondage of merely natural love, and endows him with the affection of truth, which is intermediate between the natural and spiritual man.
