25 And Nadab the son of Jeroboam began to reign over Israel in the second year of Asa king of Judah, and reigned over Israel two years.

Verse 25. But self-love, which scorns restraint, and loves dominion, is predominant in the Spiritual Church, when charity and faith from celestial love arc declining; and this self-love culminates in the conjunction of evil and falsity.
