34 And defile not the land in which you◦ shall dwell, in the midst of which I◦ abide◦; for I◦, Jehovah, abide◦ in the midst of the sons of Israel.

Verse 34. And therefore falsity as well as evil is at all times, or in all states, to be rooted out, because it does not agree with Divine Good; and Divine Good is the essential life of the man of the church.
