8833. 'So that Jehovah does not perhaps make a breach in them' means a [consequent] separation from good. This is clear from the meaning of 'making a breach' as the separation of truth from good, dealt with in 4926, at this point a separation from good since what is said refers to 'the priests', by whom good is meant, 8832.
