What 'evening', 'morning', and 'day' mean, has been shown already at verse 5.

8335. 'And the children of Israel went on dry ground through the middle of the sea' means that those governed by the good of truth and guided by the truth of good passed over in safety through the region of that hell. This is clear from the explanations in 8099 and 8185.
