Issachar and Zebulon
In Deuteronomy 33:18-19, Zebulon and Issachar signify people who draw conclusions about the truths of faith from outward knowledges. (Arcana Coelestia 9755[13])
In Numbers 2:3-9, this signifies the truth of the good of love to the Lord and the heavenly marriage of good and truth. (Apocalypse Explained 431[12])
In Revelation 7:7, this signifies in the highest sense, celestial marriage love, which is the love of good and truth; and in the natural sense reward but here from the good of life. (Apocalypse Revealed 358)
Numbers 2:3-9

Those who encamp on the east side toward the sunrise shall be of the standard of the camp of Judah, according to their divisions: and the prince of the children of Judah shall be Nahshon the son of Amminadab.

His division, and those who were numbered of them, were seventy-four thousand six hundred.

Those who encamp next to him shall be the tribe of Issachar: and the prince of the children of Issachar shall be Nethanel the son of Zuar.

The tribe of Zebulun: and the prince of the children of Zebulun shall be Eliab the son of Helon.
