23 あなたが口で言った事は守って行わなければならない。あなたが口で約束した事は、あなたの神、主にあなたが自発的に誓願したのだからである。

Verse 23. Whatever has been fully intended must be performed with a willing mind according to the full import of what has been deliberately resolved on as the right thing to do, and as being in accordance with the Divine will.
