9019. 'And he is found in his hand' means though there is still an acknowledgement of it - of the truth of faith. This is clear from the meaning of 'being found in his hand', when said in reference to the truth of faith, as an acknowledgement of it. For when such truth is acknowledged by a person and to some extent believed, 'it is found' with him, with him being meant by 'in his hand'.
