8689. 'And he said, [What is this thing that you are doing for the people?] Why do you sit alone?' means that it existed without any truth from good flowing in from another source. This is clear from the meaning of 'sitting alone' - when said of God's truth flowing in directly from the Lord, which 'Moses' represents - as influx from that truth alone and not at the same time from another source.
