This is clear from the meaning of Jehovah as the Divine celestial, that is, the Divine Good, or Being (Esse) itself, which because it is the source of love and mercy is Good itself; from the meaning of 'visiting' as being present; and from the meaning of 'Sarah' as the Divine spiritual, that is, Divine Truth, dealt with in 1468, 1901, 2063, 2065, 2507.
