¹⁰ Thus says Jehovah: Yet·​·again there shall be heard in this place, which you^◦ say is a waste without^▵ man and without^▵ beast, even in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem, that are desolated, without^▵ man, and without^▵ those who dwell in her, and without^▵ beast,

²⁹ He gives power to the faint; and to him that has no vigor He multiplies strength.
