3 And Moses spoke to▵ the people, saying, Arm◦ from among yourselves the men◦ for an army, and let them be against Midian, and put◦ the vengeance of Jehovah on◦ Midian.

Verse 3. And consequently the internal operates upon the external giving enlightenment and perception, that a state of conflict must be endured with truths against falsities, so that the latter may be overcome because Divine Good is eternally opposed to such falsifications;
