21 וְיֵשׁ אֲשֶׁר־יִהְיֶה הֶעָןָן מֵעֶרֶב עַד־בֹּקֶר וְנַעֲלָה הֶעָןָן בַּבֹּקֶר וְנָסָעוּ אֹו יֹוםָם וָלַיְלָה וְנַעֲלָה הֶעָןָן וְנָסָעוּ׃

Verse 21. Also, with respect to a state of obscurity or brightness, it is the latter which leads man forward; but there are states of both successively, which do not promote any advance.
