24 ויצא משה וידבר אל־העם את דברי יהוה ויאסף שבעים איש מזקני העם ויעמד אתם סביבת האהל׃

Verse 24. The result being that the external man is instructed in Divine Truths; and truths grounded in good there have conjunction with the Lord through the heavens.
