34 And he did that which was evil in the sight of Jehovah, and walked in the way of Jeroboam, and in his sin wherewith he made Israel to sin.

Verse 34. The consequence of which is that the man in whom this falsity rules is for ever opposed to Divine Truth from Divine Good, delighting in the falsity which he has adopted and in the evil works thence proceeding.
