7 A kad to vide Fines, sin Eleazara sina Arona sveštenika, usta isred zbora i uze koplje u ruku;

8 I uđe za čovekom Izrailjcem u šator, i probode ih oboje, čoveka Izrailjca i onu ženu, kroz trbuh, i presta pogibija među sinovima Izrailjevim.

12 Zato mu kaži: Evo dajem mu svoj zavet mirni.

15 A ubijenoj ženi Madijani beše ime Hazvija, kći Sura kneza narodnog u domu oca svog među Madijanima.

16 I reče Gospod Mojsiju govoreći:

17 Zavojštite na Madijane, i bijte ih;

Apocalypse Explained #402

402. Verse 13. And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, signifies that the knowledges of good and truth perished. This is evident from the signification of "stars" as being the knowledges of good and truth (See above, n. 72); also from the signification of "falling unto the earth," as being to perish; for when stars fall to the earth they perish. The same is signified by:

The stars shall fall from heaven (Matthew 24:29; and Mark 13:25).

Anyone can see that "stars" here do not mean stars, for these cannot fall from heaven, for they are fixed or established in their place, and cannot fall to the earth, because they are larger than the earth; consequently by them are signified such things as belong to heavenly light, and give light, which are the knowledges of good and truth. Moreover, stars appear in the angelic heaven, but they are appearances from the knowledges of good and truth, therefore they appear about those who are in such knowledges, especially when they turn them over in the mind, and are desirous of knowing them.

Jeremiah 8:1-2

Estudio

1 At that time, says Yahweh, they shall bring out the bones of the kings of Judah, and the bones of his princes, and the bones of the priests, and the bones of the prophets, and the bones of the inhabitants of Jerusalem, out of their graves;

2 and they shall spread them before the sun, and the moon, and all the army of the sky, which they have loved, and which they have served, and after which they have walked, and which they have sought, and which they have worshiped: they shall not be gathered, nor be buried, they shall be for dung on the surface of the earth.
