¹² အိုယာကုပ်၊ ငါသည် သင်၏အမျိုးသားအပေါင်း တို့ကို၎င်း၊ ကျန်ကြွင်းသော ဣသရေလအမျိုးသား အပေါင်းတို့ကို၎င်း ဆက်ဆက်စုဝေးစေမည်။ သိုးခြံ၌ သိုး များကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ ကျက်စားရာအရပ်ထဲမှာ သိုးစုကဲ့သို့၎င်း သူတို့ကို ငါစု၍ ထားမည်။ လူများသောကြောင့် အသံကြီး လိမ့်မည်။

³⁵ ထိုသူတို့သည်မကောင်းသောအကြံကို ပဋိသန္ဓေယူ၍ အနတ္တကိုဘွားတတ်ကြ၏။ သူတို့ဝမ်းထဲ၌မုသာကို ကိုယ်ဝန်ဆောင်တတ်သည်ဟု မြွက်ဆို၏။

⁹ God appeared to Jacob again, when he came from Paddan Aram, and blessed him.

¹⁰ God said to him, "Your name is Jacob. Your name shall not be Jacob any more, but your name will be Israel." He named him Israel.
