15 จะต้องมีกฎอย่างเดียวกันสำหรับชุมนุมชนและสำหรับคนต่างด้าวผู้มาอาศัยอยู่กับเจ้า เป็นกฎถาวรตลอดชั่วอายุของเจ้า คือเจ้าเป็นอย่างใด คนต่างด้าวก็เป็นอย่างนั้นต่อพระพักตร์พระเยโฮวาห์

Verse 15. And indeed, the law is the same both for those who are established in spiritual truths, and for those in a state of instruction in every period of the church. For the Lord regards with equal care both the man of the internal church and the man of the external.
