17 Nasa puso nga ni David na aking ama ang ipagtayo ng isang bahay ang pangalan ng Panginoon, ang Dios ng Israel.

Verse 17. And yet that it is the supreme desire of the spiritual man, or of man in the spiritual state which precedes the celestial state, to become a perfect receptacle of good and truth, and acquire a heavenly quality.
