3333. 'And he ate, and drank' means taking to oneself. This is clear from the meaning of 'eating' as taking good to oneself, dealt with in 2187, 2343, 3168, and from the meaning of 'clanking' as taking truth to oneself, dealt with in 3069, 3089, 3168.
