2Declare ye among the nations, and publish, and set up a standard; publish, and conceal not: say, Babylon is taken, Bel is confounded, Merodach is broken in pieces; her idols are confounded, her images are broken in pieces.
280. Saying, "You are worthy to take the book and to open its seals." This symbolically means that the Lord alone is able to know the states of life of all people and to judge each one according to his state, as we showed in nos. 256, 259, 261, 267, 273 above.
