2193. Returning I will return unto thee, about this time of life. That this signifies the conjunction of the Divine with the Human, is evident from the fact that the coming of Jehovah to Abraham represented the Divine perception, for receiving which the Lord prepared Himself, consequently it represented conjunction, as shown above; thus by “returning He would return to him,” there is signified the like, namely, the conjunction of the Divine with the Human. “At this time of life,” means at the same time of the following year.
