7281. 'When I stretch out My hand over the Egyptians' means when they become aware of the Divine power over them. This is clear from the meaning of 'hand', when used in reference to the Divine, as Divine power, dealt with above in 7276, from which one may see what is meant by 'sitting on God's right hand', namely almighty power; and from the meaning of 'the Egyptians' as those who are steeped in falsities and engage in molestation, dealt with previously.
