Deuteronomy 12:27

²⁷ and thou shalt make thy burnt··offerings, the flesh and the blood, on the altar of Jehovah thy God; and the blood of thy sacrifices shall be spilled on the altar of Jehovah thy God, and thou shalt eat the flesh.
