17 Jeroboam's wife arose, and departed, and came to Tirzah. As she came to the threshold of the house, the child died.

Verse 17. While lastly the hypocritical affection of good and truth, is separated from the Word and conjoined with its own falsity and evil, on which occasion remains perish, or are reserved by the Lord in the interiors.
