²² And from the possession of the Levites, from the possession of the city, in the midst of that which is to the prince, between the border of Judah and the border of Benjamin, there is to the prince.

In Isaiah 40:9 and Psalm 69:35, this signifies the doctrine of love of the Lord and the neighbor in its entirety as well as the doctrine of the celestial church. (Apocalypse Explained 342, 850[5])

⁹ You who tell good news to Zion, go up on a high mountain. You who tell good news to Jerusalem, lift up your voice with strength. Lift it up. Don't be afraid. Say to the cities of Judah, "Behold, your God!"
