Genesis 37:22

22 And Reuben said to▵ them, Shed no◦ blood; cast him into▵ this pit that is in the wilderness, but put·​·forth◦ no◦ hand upon◦ him; so·​·that he might rescue him out·​·of their hand, to return him to▵ his father.

Pass

  

'To pass through,' as in Genesis 30:32, signifies knowing and perceiving something's quality. 'To pass,' as in Genesis 31:52, signifies flowing in. 'To pass the night,' as in Genesis 24:54, signifies having peace.
