9 So Naaman came with Iris horses and chariots, and stood at the door of the house of Eliseus:

Verse 9. And hence he is led in the exercise of his intellectual powers, by means of doctrine, to apply himself to the literal sense of the Word which teaches good derived from Divine Truth.
