5 แล้วนายทหารจะพูดกับประชาชนว่า `ใครที่สร้างบ้านใหม่ และยังไม่ได้ทำพิธีถวายบ้านนั้น ให้ผู้นั้นกลับไปบ้านของตน เกรงว่าเขาจะตายเสียในสงคราม และคนอื่นจะถวายบ้านนั้น
