This is clear from the meaning of 'causing to come up' as being raised up; and from the meaning of 'land', in this instance the land of Egypt, as the place and the state in which they are molested by falsities. it has been shown already that 'Egypt' is false factual knowledge that molests; and 'the land of Egypt' too has similar meaning.
